What To Do In An Emergency

  • Do not induce vomiting unless instructed by a vet
  • Note the time of ingestion and amount eaten
  • Contact your veterinarian or emergency vet clinic immediately
  • Bring any packaging or remaining food to the vet

Important Warning

Japanese breeds (Akita, Shiba Inu) are particularly sensitive to garlic toxicity.

1 garlic clove ≈ 3-5g. 1 teaspoon garlic powder ≈ 3g.
