1. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES
In matters relating to refunds, returns, and money-back rights, these Money-Back Guarantee Rules prevail over our Subscription Policy and any other documents, but only to the extent of any inconsistency.
These Money-Back Guarantee Rules apply only to subscriptions purchased directly through the PawChamp website. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play or other third party platforms are subject to the billing and refund rules of the relevant platform.
1.1. What Is Covered
PawChamp is designed to help you build a stronger, happier relationship with your dog. Our training programs are created with certified dog trainers and based on science-backed positive reinforcement techniques. Like any training tool, PawChamp works best when used consistently and as instructed.
If you genuinely try the program but do not see the results you expected, you are eligible for a refund under the PawChamp Money-Back Guarantee.
You qualify for a refund under PawChamp Money-Back Guarantee if the following conditions are met:
you purchased your subscription directly through the PawChamp website;
you submit your request within 30 days of the original purchase date;
you actively used your assigned plan for at least 7 consecutive days during that 30-day period;
you did not see meaningful progress and wish to stop using the service.
1.2. Information We May Request
To review your request fairly, we may ask you to provide reasonable supporting information, such as:
an explanation of what you tried and what did not work for you;
other information reasonably necessary to verify your eligibility.
This information is important in evaluating your case and helps us to improve the program for other pet parents.
1.3. What Is Not Covered
The PawChamp Money-Back Guarantee does not apply:
to purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play;
to requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date;
where there was no meaningful attempt to use the assigned plan during the review period;
to duplicate already submitted refund requests or ongoing disputes for the same purchase; or
to abuse, fraud, or other bad-faith use of the service or the PawChamp Money-Back Guarantee.
1.4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the PawChamp Money-Back Guarantee, please email [email protected] and include:
your account email address;
the date of purchase;
the purchase channel;
the reason for your request; and
any relevant screenshots or supporting details.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 24 hours of receipt.
1.5. Money-Back Guarantee limits
For clarity, this Section 1 applies only to the PawChamp Money-Back Guarantee. It does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
2. GENERAL REFUND RULES
Outside the PawChamp Money-Back Guarantee and any legal cancellation or withdrawal rights that may apply, payments are generally non-refundable.
However, we may review exceptional requests on a case-by-case basis where fairness or customer care supports doing so.
If applicable consumer law gives you stronger rights than these Money-Back Guarantee Rules, that law will apply:
2.1. Note for Brazil Residents
If you are a resident of Brazil, you may cancel your purchase within 7 days of the date of purchase or receipt of the product or service. Upon valid cancellation, your payment will be refunded in full.
2.2. Note for EEA / EU Residents
If you are a resident of the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable law.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at [email protected] before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund any amount due without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
If you requested immediate access to the service and acknowledged that this may affect your withdrawal rights, your refund may be reduced or unavailable to the extent permitted by applicable law, including for digital content already supplied or services already provided before your withdrawal request.
